Why regulation?
The best way to change our habits, conditioning and behaviors is through
regulation.
Often we want to express ourselves in the best possible way, but we fail in a very difficult situation.
situation. Even if you've taken courses in communication, oratory or expressiveness,
you've missed the main thing: deconditioning the way you feel. And there are ways of doing this
through touch or self-regulation.
Have you noticed that there are issues where we look at each other and immediately say: "No way!"
or "Don't even start, it won't do any good!". Or even: "You can say whatever you want, it won't change
anything!". These and other statements have roots. They were built on a lot of effort and resistance.
resistance. Sometimes even under a lot of pain and the need to overcome.
There were times when they were expressed in an atmosphere of victory or pride in who you are,
knowing that without these statements, you wouldn't have gotten to where you are today. And you're
you're right. To a certain extent.
They are also linked to conditioning structures in which you may have often
said: "It's always like this! Why can't I stop acting like this?" or "I'm stuck again!
"Why couldn't I say what was stuck here?". Or "It wasn't supposed to be
this way, but I don't know how to do it differently." And how uncomfortable that makes us. A
tendency is to rationalize and justify something that perhaps has no justification.
Do you want a way to put an end to it once and for all? I have a way and I can
this journey. It's simple. But it will take commitment and dedication.
