Created by Stanley Keleman, this approach is based on the biological principle that we are born predisposed to a certain temperament and that we develop an anatomical-emotional structure according to our experiences throughout our lives.
This is the same as saying that we come from a pre-programmed ancestry and learn from our experiences throughout life from our experiences throughout life. In other words: we react to a situation and emotionally organize our attitude and posture towards something that affects us deeply and structurally.
Self-regulation will take care of the process of freeing ourselves from the conditioning we have and don't we don't realize it. It's an objective and concise approach that puts the reins of fixation in our own hands the reins of fixations that condition us: psycho-emotional issues, old and/or traumatic experiences and/or traumatic experiences. These fixations are written on the body, like maps.
And we can observe them in order to decipher and undo them.
